2 Apples, cored and thinly sliced
1 ½ tsp. White sugar
½ tsp. Ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat the oven to 225 °F.
Arrange apple slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Mix sugar and cinnamon until well combined in a small mixing bowl. Sprinkle some cinnamon-sugar mixture over apple slices.
- Bake for 45 minutes up to 1 hour or until the apples are dried and the edges curl.
Using a metal spatula, transfer the chips to a wire rack and let them sit until cool and crispy.
