Ingredients
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 1 tube of Refrigerated sugar-cookie dough, 16.5 oz.
¼ cup All-purpose flour
- Spreads and toppings of your choice
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350 °F. Line a large cookie sheet with foil, and then spray with the non-stick cooking spray.
- Start by taking refrigerated dough and kneading it in all-purpose flour until combined.
- Pat the dough into a ball, then ensure you place them on a cookie sheet before baking them for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown (you can also do this step earlier).
- While the crust bakes, prepare the spreads and toppings. Once it's warm enough, cut it into eight pieces with a pizza cutter or large chef's knife—top each wedge as you would an individual pie.
Recipe Note
Just like pizza, an assortment of toppings is all up to you. Try mixing it up with fruits, chocolate chips, marshmallows, nuts, and even sour candy if you’re bold.
