Assorted Cookie Pizza Recipe
Assorted Cookie Pizza
Comfort food is all the rage on a special day like Valentine’s Day. Have you ever heard of an Assorted Cookie Pizza? Why not bake a whole cookie pizza pie for the love of your life?
It’s just like baking pizza, but with a variety of sweet ingredients, you fancy. From marshmallow toppings to a sweet buttercream sauce, there’s so much you can do to make such a sinful yet delicious dessert.
- Preheat your oven to 350 °F. Line a large cookie sheet with foil, and then spray with the non-stick cooking spray.
- Start by taking refrigerated dough and kneading it in all-purpose flour until combined.
- Pat the dough into a ball, then ensure you place them on a cookie sheet before baking them for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown (you can also do this step earlier).
- While the crust bakes, prepare the spreads and toppings. Once it's warm enough, cut it into eight pieces with a pizza cutter or large chef's knife—top each wedge as you would an individual pie.
