Bacon Spinach Dip
Made with cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream, this appetizer is super creamy and extra rich with a tang that is hard to resist. It is also packed with spinach, making it nutritious and healthy.
Bits of smoky bacon and flavorful cheeses make this dip even tastier. To customize it, use cheddar, parmesan, mozzarella, or any of your picks.
10 slices Bacon
1 block (8 oz.) Cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
⅓ cup Sour cream
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Paprika
1 lb. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1 cup shredded Mozzarella, divided
1 Baguette, sliced and toasted
Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon for about 8 minutes or until crispy. Drain excess oil on a plate lined with paper towels, then chop.
Mix well in a bowl and combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, paprika, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add bacon, chopped spinach, Parmesan cheese, and ¾ cup mozzarella.
Transfer the dip to a baking dish and top it with the remaining ¼ cup of mozzarella. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Serve with toasted baguette slices.
