Ingredients
10 slices Bacon
1 block (8 oz.) Cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
⅓ cup Sour cream
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Paprika
1 lb. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1 cup shredded Mozzarella, divided
1 Baguette, sliced and toasted
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon for about 8 minutes or until crispy. Drain excess oil on a plate lined with paper towels, then chop.
Mix well in a bowl and combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, paprika, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add bacon, chopped spinach, Parmesan cheese, and ¾ cup mozzarella.
Transfer the dip to a baking dish and top it with the remaining ¼ cup of mozzarella. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Serve with toasted baguette slices.
