½ Red cabbage, small

2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
¼ cup Blue cheese, crumbled
1 pc. Onion
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, vinegar, salt, and pepper until thoroughly mixed.
- Add the cabbage and onions and toss to combine.
- Cover and chill until serving.
