Ingredients
3 lightly beaten eggs
1 granulated sugar cup
½ cup sugar-free corn syrup
½ cup light corn syrup
⅓ cup melted unsalted butter
2 tbsp bourbon
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp of salt
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
1 ¼ cup pecans, roughly chopped
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375 °F. Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrups, butter, bourbon, vanilla, and salt in a large mixing bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined.
At ½ -inch intervals, prick the sides and bottom of the pie crust with a fork. Pour the mixture over the pecans.
Bake it for 35 to 45 minutes, or until the edges are barely set but the center is still jiggly. As it cools, it will harden.
Cool slightly on a wire rack.
