These Cheddar Pumpkins are great for last-minute preparations. They are easy to prepare, and you can make them in no time. All you need to do is refrigerate and decorate. No cooking is required.
Use cold-pack cheese for pumpkins and pretzel sticks for stems. Then, decorate them with chopped peanuts and parsley leaves.

Ingredients
8 tbsp. Cold-pack smoked cheddar cheese, well chilled
2 tsp. Peanuts, finely chopped
4 Butter-flavored pretzel sticks, broken in half
16 small pieces of Fresh parsley leaves
Directions
Line a small serving platter with parchment paper.
- Scoop 8 spoonfuls of cold-pack cheddar cheese into the serving platter and roll each into a ball. Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes.
Using a toothpick, draw lines around each cheese ball to resemble a pumpkin.
- Dip the bottom of each cheese ball in chopped peanuts.
- Before serving, insert a pretzel stick on the top of each cheese ball to make a pumpkin stem.
- Decorate the stem with parsley leaves.
Recipe Note
Keep the Cheddar Pumpkins refrigerated until ready to serve.
