Ingredients
3 Eggs
1 head of Shredded iceberg lettuce
Blue cheese, shredded/crumbled
3 cups Chicken meat, cooked and chopped
2 Tomatoes, seeded and sliced
1 Avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced
1 bottle Ranch-style salad dressing (8 ounces)
3 Green onions, chopped
Directions
Put the eggs fully with cold water in a saucepan. Bring water to a boil. Cover, turn off the stove, and let the eggs in the boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Remove from the hot water, and allow to cool before peeling and chopping.
Brown the bacon in a big, deep skillet. Cook until uniformly browned over medium-high heat. Set aside after draining and crumbling.
Arrange the shredded lettuce on individual plates.
- Arrange the chicken, eggs, tomatoes, blue cheese, bacon, avocado, and green onions in a row on top of the lettuce in an even layer.
- Drizzle with your preferred dressing and serve.
