Ingredients
½ cup Unsalted butter, plus some to grease the baking dish
1 cup Brown sugar
½ cup White flour (all-purpose)
1 cup Rolled oats
1/3 Walnuts, chopped [optional]
3 cups Cranberries, fresh or frozen
6 scoops Vanilla ice cream [optional]
Directions
Prepare the oven to 350 °F and grease a baking pan.
To make a crumbly mixture, combine the brown sugar, flour, rolled oats, butter, and nuts (if using). Evenly distribute half of the mixture in the baking pan. Layer the cranberries on the mixture, then top with the remaining mixture.
- Place the pan on the center rack and bake for about 35 minutes or until the cranberries are tender and the toppings are golden.
- Let the crumble cool for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve it with vanilla ice cream (optional).
