Ingredients
20 oz. Pineapple chunks, drained
30 oz. Mandarin oranges, drained
3 pcs. Medium apples, chopped
3 cups Grapes, halved
1½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1½ cup Shredded sweetened coconut
3 cup Mini marshmallows
Directions
To keep the apple from browning, place it in a large mixing bowl and stir it with lemon juice.
- Toss together the pineapple, mandarin oranges, grapes, coconut, and marshmallows.
- Gently toss in the Greek yogurt to coat, and add the apples
- Allow for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator before serving to allow the flavors to mingle.
