This pumpkin-shaped cheese ball is the perfect appetizer for any fall party. Not only will it make a great centerpiece on your table, but it is also tasty and great for sharing. Serve it with different kinds of chips, crackers, or veggies so everyone can enjoy it.

Ingredients
16 oz. Cream cheese, at room temperature
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. minced Onion
3 tbsp. Salsa
1 tsp. Ground cumin
2 cups Nacho cheese chips, crumbled
1 Bell pepper stem, for garnish
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine salsa, cream cheese, onion, ground cumin, and cheddar. Mix until creamy using an electric mixer.
Using plastic wrap, scoop the mixture to form a ball.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, roll the cheese ball into crushed nacho chips and place the bell pepper stem on top.
Serve with chips, crackers, pretzels, or veggies.
