Ingredients
16 oz. Short pasta rotini, bow ties, or penne
¾ Diced long English cucumber
1 Pint halved grape tomatoes
1 Red or orange bell pepper, chopped
1⁄2 cup Pitted sliced olives
½ cup Cubed feta cheese
⅓ cup Chopped red onion
1 cup bottled Greek vinaigrette dressing
- ¼ cup vinegar (red wine)
- ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- season with salt and pepper to taste

Combine the dressing ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Cook al dente pasta according to package instructions. Rinse well with cold water.
In a large mixing basin, combine all of the ingredients. Toss in the dressing.
