If you’re looking for a creative way to get your kids into eating fruits, then Halloween Fruit Platter is worth a try. This fruit platter turns apples into monsters, bananas into ghosts, and tangerines into pumpkins, so your kids won’t be able to resist them. It also features celery, blackberry, and mango.

Ingredients
3 tbsp. Peanut butter
16 Candy eyes
1 pack Slivered almonds
4 Strawberries, stems removed and cut into ⅛-thick slices lengthwise
8 Tangerines, peeled
1 Celery stalk
4 Bananas, cut in half
- 2 large Celery stalks, rinsed and cut into 4 pieces per stalk
- 2 ½ tbsp. peanut butter
- 24 Candy eyes
24 bite-size pieces Mango

Directions
Apple Monster Mouths:
Cut the apples into quarters. Remove the seeds and cut a wedge from the skin side of the apple to create a mouth.
- Spread a dollop of peanut butter inside the cutout wedge.
- Arrange slivered almonds on the top of the mouth to resemble teeth. For the tongue, top the peanut butter on the bottom of the mouth with a slice of strawberry.
- Stick 2 candy eyes to the apple just above the mouth. Use the remaining peanut butter as glue.
Tangerine Pumpkins:
Cut the celery stalks into strips.
- Insert a celery stick into the top of each tangerine to resemble a pumpkin.
Banana Ghosts:
Stick 3 mini chocolate chips into each banana to make eyes and nose.
If desired, use skewers or popsicle sticks for easy handling.
Spooky Celery Sticks:
Spread peanut butter on the inside of the cut celery pieces.
- Top the peanut butter with 3 candy eyes.
Orange and Black Skewers:
Skewer up 3 blackberries alternating with 3 pieces of mango.
