16 Bacon slices
8 toasted White bread slices
1 can (20 oz.) sliced Pineapple, drained
8 Cheddar cheese slices
Directions
In a large and deep skillet, brown the bacon. Cook until evenly browned over medium-high heat. Set aside after draining.
- Arrange 8 slices of toast on a baking sheet.
- On each toast, place a slice of pineapple, two slices of bacon, and a slice of cheese.
- Broil until the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
