Directions
Fry the egg as desired. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the refried beans and guacamole on one side of the English muffin.
- Top the other half of the muffin with salsa and serve.
Recipe Note
Instead of guacamole, you can mash an avocado and season with lime juice and salt to taste. You can also add bacon to the sandwich.
