8 oz. Whole-wheat linguine/spaghetti
1 pound Chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
4 cup Mushrooms, sliced
2 cups Brussels sprouts, sliced
1 Medium sliced onion
4 Garlic cloves, thinly sliced
2 tbsp Boursin cheese
1 ¼ tsp Dried thyme
¾ tsp Dried rosemary
¾ tsp of Salt
4 cup Water
2 tbsp. Chopped fresh chives
Directions
Mix the pasta, chicken, mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, onion, garlic, Boursin cheese, thyme, rosemary, and salt in a large pot. Incorporate the water.
- Boil for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring often, or until the pasta is done and the water has practically evaporated.
- Remove from heat and set aside for 5 minutes, stirring regularly. Serve with chives on top.
