4 tbsp. (32g) Ground almonds
3 tbsp. (45g) Melted butter
4 tbsp. Cream cheese
2 tbsp. (30g) Pumpkin puree
1 ½ tbsp. (23g) Erythritol
1 tbsp. (8g) Coconut flour
½ tsp. Sugar-free vanilla extract
¼ tsp. Pumpkin spice
Directions
In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients in the list and mix until you have a smooth, chunk-free mass.
- Store it in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes to chill.
- Remove the bowl from the freezer and roll it into small balls with your hands.
- Roll the finished balls in granulated erythritol (or another granulated sweetener) on a plate.
- Refrigerate the finished fat bombs for at least 30 minutes before serving them with a hot cup of tea.
