½ cup Pumpkin purée
¼ cup Sugar
1 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp. Cinnamon sugar
2 store-bought Pie crusts
Egg wash for dough
Caramel warmed in the microwave for dipping
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 ºF. To make the pumpkin pie mixture, combine the pumpkin purée, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice in a medium mixing bowl.
- Start rolling out one pie crust on a floured work surface. Spread pumpkin mixture evenly over pie crust, leaving a ¼-inch border on all sides
- Top with second pie crust and brush with egg wash; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Cut into fries with a pizza or pastry cutter.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet paper and bake it for 15 minutes or until golden.
- Warm caramel sauce and serve on the side for dipping.
