3 large Eggs
1 cup Whole milk
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Packed brown sugar
1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
¾ tsp. Ground nutmeg
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Ground ginger
½ tsp. Ground cloves
1 can (15 ounces) Solid-pack pumpkin
1 Unbaked pastry shell (9 inches)
Whipped topping and additional cinnamon
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
Beat the eggs lightly in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine the milk, sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, ginger, and cloves in a mixing bowl. Just until combined, add the pumpkin.
- Pour into the prepared pastry shell.
- Bake it for 55 minutes to 1 hour or until the toothpick inserted into its center comes out clean.
Let it cool on a wire rack and chill until ready to serve.
