Sugar-free chocolate chips are a low-carb and keto-friendly substitute for commercial chocolate baking chips. They are made with only 5 ingredients and are ideal for use in all of your favorite keto desserts - the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth without sacrificing your healthy eating goals!
Combine cocoa butter and chocolate in a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl. Warm until melted, then whisk together.
Add the other ingredients one at a time until combined and smooth.
Fill a chocolate chip mold halfway with melted chocolate, lined loaf, or a square pan.
Refrigerate it for at least an hour to firm up.
Remove the chocolate chips from the mold and place them in a sealable container until ready to use.
To freeze the chocolate chips, you can line a ziplock bag with parchment paper and fill it halfway with chocolate chips. You can store it in the freezer for up to 6 months.
