Ingredients
1 tbsp Sesame oil
500g minced Pork
1 tbsp of Green curry paste
1 finely sliced Red onion
1 tbsp Fish sauce
½ Little pack mint, only the leaves, roughly cut
½ Little pack coriander, only the leaves, roughly chopped
4 Little Gem lettuces, separated leaves
Rice, to serve (optional)
Directions
In a frying pan, heat the oil and cook the pork for 8-10 minutes or until fully done. Cook for 1-2 minutes after adding the green curry paste and 2 tbsp water.
- Stir in the red onion, lime juice, fish sauce, and herbs after removing the pan from the heat. If desired, serve the pork in lettuce leaves with rice on the side.
